In the event that a substitution is not available, your item will be refunded.

* When finalizing your order the final button to hit will be "complete my order". After you have done this a "Thank You, Your Order has been placed" will pop up and give you an Order # and an opportunity to print and email your receipt. Please make sure you do this for your records. Thank You.
